UNI PDR:125 – ZERO TOLERANCE
towards all forms of violence

A theoretical or theoretical-practical course, which counts towards the KPI score required to maintain UNI Pdr 125 – Gender Equality certification.
Our approach addresses the principle of Zero Tolerance towards all forms of violence and the whistleblowing procedure, promoting a culture of respect and protection for individuals both within and outside the workplace.

SELF-DEFENCE
A NEW NARRATIVE

A theoretical and practical self-defence course designed to develop awareness, prevention and the ability to manage risky situations.

  • Women’s or mixed.
  • Analysis of the conflict and its dynamics.
  • De-escalation and prevention techniques.
  • Awareness and gender stereotypes.
  • A guide to the use of personal defence devices and safety strategies for everyday life.
  • Practical exercises, simulations and opportunities for discussion and debate.

81/08 – PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT
OF THE RISK OF HARASSMENT AND ASSAULTS

Courses lasting between 1 and 8 hours, aimed at all workers.

  • External risk of attack.
  • Internal risk of harassment.
  • Complies with: D.Lgs. 81/08 , Law 4/2021, ILO Convention 190 and Law 198/25 – New Agreement between the State and the Regions.
  • The aim is to promote a culture of respect, whilst improving safety and wellbeing within the company.

AS A TEAM-BUILDING ACTIVITY

Self-defence course with a focus on team-building.

  • To strengthen awareness, confidence and collaboration within the group.
  • Analysis of stress and interpersonal dynamics, strategies for effective communication and conflict de-escalation.
  • Management of space, distance and posture.
  • Prevention strategies and shared decision-making.
  • Practical activities and simulations to promote experiential learning and team cohesion in high-pressure situations.

A seminar offering a multidisciplinary approach – in collaboration with a clinical and legal psychologist – aimed at preventing and managing violence, addressing its origins and ideological dynamics, recognising warning signs, and applying effective psychological techniques and strategies for self-protection and safety.

DIGITALLY AWARE

Risks, Threats and Defences on the Network

The seminar, which can be attended in person or via webinar and is led by a legal expert, addresses the new risks of the digital world — from the dangers of overexposure online to the latest forms of online abuse — providing practical tools to recognise, tackle and protect oneself against them.

Recognising, preventing and intervening in violence

The seminar, which can be attended in person or via webinar and is led by a psychologist, explores new forms of violence, analysing their dynamics, early warning signs and the psychological tools available to prevent and manage them, whilst promoting awareness, self-defence and protection.

Travel Risk Management

In collaboration with Quintum Scutum, we offer companies the opportunity to align with ISO 31030 (Emergency Travel Risk Management), providing advanced tools and strategies for managing travel-related risks and dealing with emergencies, both in international contexts and during business travel.

ABOUT US

Francesco Tessoni Rudmann

In 1999 He began the practice of Kung-Fu at the School of 3-time World Champion Grandmaster Shin Dae Woung (8th Dan) until in 2011, after numerous retreats at Chen Gi In Temple, he obtained the Instructor Diploma directly from Master Shin there. After another 5 years, he obtained his black belt 2nd Dan from UISP.

In 2014, together with other instructors, he founded the A.S.D. Kung Fu Club Genova, where Kung-Fu for adults, young people and children, Tai-chi are taught, and training on Personal Defence with UISP was started, proposing the women’s self-defence course, for which the instructors obtained the official Diploma in 2015, continuing with numerous refresher courses on Personal Defence.

Since 2017 he has been starting private lessons and teaching at high schools in Genoa.

In 2020 he obtained ASPP qualification while continuing group courses in women’s self-defense, at local gyms. In the following years begins teaching as 81/08 trainer and 45001 Auditor.

In 2024, given the growing criticality of increasingly topical issues, “Self-Defense Counseling” and “Women’s Self-Defense Counseling” were born .

Staff

Alessia Secreto

Co-Founder and Managing partner of Women’s Self-Defence Consultancy, with a degree in pedagogy and years of experience in social work and social security, she has worked with complex educational contexts. Today, she takes care of the content design of our courses, from the definition of activities to supervision and communication.

Marta Mereghetti

Our training seminars benefit from the co-presence of Dr Marta Mereghetti, Clinical and Legal Psychologist, specialised in psychological diagnosis and support for individual well-being. She carries out training activities and collaborates as a consultant with the Court of Milan and the Police Headquarters Mobile Squad.

Edoardo Mattiello

Our partner for the certification of companies to UNI ISO 31030 (Travel Risk Management), he coordinates the ‘Quintum Scutum’ team of consultants and trainers, working in Italy and abroad in emergency management and security provider audits, HEAT and self-protection training, international accident prevention regulations and event plans. He is a trainer partner of Consulenze Autodifesa, certified UNI PdR 124 and UNI 10459

Sonia Zappitelli

After a career in the HR world, she is now a Business Consultant specialised in Welfare and Gender Equality, accredited UNI PdR 125:2022 and ISO 30415:2021. She is the founder of the company ‘La Luna del Grano’ (our partner), the first Italian platform for Back to Work for mothers and fathers and able to support companies and parents in the post-leave period through inclusive and strategic paths.

We have a highly qualified team of professionals and self-defence instructors, available to move around the territory.
Ambassadors act as spokespersons for our mission, representing us and spreading our philosophy and values in every context, creating a network and expanding the opportunity to respond quickly to the needs of different realities.

Cristian Pallamidesi

An expert in self-defence, conflict management and safety, he leads team-building, prevention and safety courses after a long experience with institutions, schools and associations protecting children and women. He is a certified Calix Academy instructor, 5th Dang of Qwan Ki Do and MIUR expert in bullying and cyberbullying.

Letizia Dionisi

A graduate in Motor Sciences, she is a black belt in Karate (a discipline she has practised for over 10 years), a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Since 2024, she is also qualified as an Instructor in Counselling-Feminine Self-Defence, having thus expanded the skills relating to personal well-being and safety that previously characterised her path.

Giovanni Racanati

Lecturer with over 20 years of experience in self-defence, specialising in female anti-aggression, an area in which he trains in defensive techniques. He has attended courses on gender-based violence and feminicide and trains women in the use of defence tools by promoting safety, awareness and empowerment through seminars and courses.

Lorenzo Migliorelli

Alongside a long experience in occupational safety (as RLS), he teaches self-defence integrating it with martial arts, safety and protection with a lot of activity towards the world of schools. A black belt in Aikido, he is also the author of the book ‘My Self-Defence’, presented as a national preview at the Overtime Festival in Macerata in 2024 for its third edition.
